ANZ Platinum Card S$40 Cash Rebate Promotion (16 January to 6 May 2012) Terms and Conditions
The ANZ Platinum Card S$40 Cash Rebate promotion (16 January to 6 May 2012) (“Promotion”) is open to new applicants of the ANZ Platinum Credit Card (excluding supplementary credit cards) only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other ANZ credit cards promotions and/or offers unless otherwise stated.
Applicants, who successfully apply for the ANZ Platinum Credit Card using the promotional application form from 16 January to 6 May 2012 (“Promotion Period”) and charge a minimum amount of S$100 in a single or multiple transactions within thirty (30) days from the date the credit card is approved, shall receive S$40 cash rebate (“Gift”).
ANZ Platinum Credit Card must be approved by 15 June 2012 to be considered for participation in the Promotion.
Only retail spend charged on the ANZ Platinum Card will be taken into consideration. Ongoing instalment plans, cash advance, balance transfer, purchases via NETS and any other fees howsoever called, including but not limited to, annual fees, cash advance fees, interest and late fees are excluded from the calculation of the spend amount for this Promotion.
Retail charges debited and posted to the account of all Supplementary Cardmembers will be taken into consideration and awarded to the Principal Cardmember.
Upon meeting the spend criteria, each Principal Cardmember is entitled to receive the Gift once only, regardless of the number of transactions made or number of credit cards approved.
The Gift redemption letter will be mailed to the Principal Cardmembers’ mailing address as per the Bank’s records within six (6) weeks after the spend criteria is met. The Gift is not exchangeable for cash or other items and the Bank reserves the right at its reasonable discretion to replace the Gift with any other item of similar value.
Existing holders of RBS credit cards and/or ANZ credit cards are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
Applicants who had cancelled their RBS or ANZ credit cards in the last six (6) months prior to the date of application will not be entitled to the Gift.
The decision of the Bank on all matters relating to the Promotion is final.
The Bank reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of the Promotion and/or to suspend or terminate the Promotion and/or vary the Gift at any time at its reasonable discretion.
The Gift is provided solely by the relevant participating merchant, under such terms and conditions as determined by such merchant, and therefore, the Bank will not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the Gift. The Bank is not an agent of the merchant(s), agent(s) and service provider(s) participating in the Promotion.
Any dispute between the Cardmember and the merchant(s), in respect of any Gift shall be resolved directly between the Cardmember and the merchant(s). The Bank shall not be liable to the Cardmember for any loss, cost or damages of any kind resulting from the use of the Gifts.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and the applicant irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
A person who is not party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions.
