ANZ Platinum Credit Card S$30 Cash Rebate Promotion Terms and Conditions – (7 May 2012 to 30 September 2012)
The ANZ Platinum Credit Card S$30 cash rebate promotion (“Promotion”) is open to new applicants of the ANZ Platinum Credit Card (excluding supplementary credit cards) and cannot be used in conjunction with any other ANZ credit card promotions and/or offers unless otherwise stated
Applicants, who successfully apply for the ANZ Platinum Credit Card using the promotional application form during the period 7 May 2012 to 30 September 2012 (“Promotion Period”) and charged at least 3 retail transactions to the ANZ Platinum Credit Card within thirty (30) days from the date the Credit Card is approved, shall receive the S$30 cash rebate (“Rebate”).
Promotion is valid for applications received by 30 September 2012 and approved by 15 November 2012.
Only retail transactions charged to the ANZ Platinum Credit Card will be considered for the Promotion. Ongoing instalment plans, cash advance, balance transfer, and any other fees howsoever called, including but not limited to, annual fees, cash advance fees, interest and late fees are excluded from the calculation of the spend amount for this Promotion.
Retail charges debited and posted to the account of all Supplementary Cardmembers will be taken into consideration and awarded to the Principal Cardmember.
Upon meeting the spend criteria, each Principal Cardmember is entitled to one (1) Rebate , regardless of the number of transactions made or number of credit cards approved.
The Rebate will be credited to the Principal Cardmembers’ Platinum Credit Card account within six (6) weeks after the spend criteria is met. The Rebate is not exchangeable for cash or other items and the Bank reserves the right at its reasonable discretion to replace the Rebate with any other item of similar value.
Existing holders of ANZ credit cards are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
Applicants who had cancelled their ANZ credit cards in the last six (6) months prior to the date of application will not be entitled to the Gift.
The decision of the Bank on all matters relating to the Promotion is final.
The Bank reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of the Promotion and/or to suspend or terminate the Promotion and/or vary the Gift at any time at its reasonable discretion.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and the applicant irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

ANZ StarCash prepaid card (the “StarCash Card”) is issued by Chevron Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“Chevron”) and the use of the StarCash Card shall be governed by the terms and conditions set out on www.caltex.com.sg.
