Terms and Conditions for HSBC's Revolution Credit Card Online Acquisition 20 inch Travel Luggage Promotion
To participate in this Promotion, all HSBC's Revolution credit card applications must be submitted online from between 0000hrs on 1 May 2012 and 2359hrs on 30 June 2012 (both dates inclusive) or such other dates as determined by HSBC at its sole discretion (the "Promotion Period").
This Promotion is applicable to new customers who do not already have an HSBC credit card at point of approval of their HSBC's Revolution credit card.
This promotion is applicable to main applicants of Revolution credit card only. Supplementary cardholders are not eligible for this promotion
To be eligible for the 20 inch travel luggage ("Luggage"), a minimum of one transaction must be charged to the newly issued HSBC Revolution Credit Card (the "Card"), within one month of issuance of the Card, approved under this Programme.
The Acquisition Gift is available in two colors of red or black, subject to the availability at point of redemption.
A redemption letter will be mailed out to eligible cardholders.
Only transactions (including internet purchases) made with the newly approved HSBC's Revolution credit card will be counted towards meeting the spending criteria. Fund transfers, installments, tax payments, annual fees, bank charges and unposted, cancelled, disputed and refunded transactions will not qualify and are expressly excluded.
Only accounts that are maintained in good standing and conducted in a proper and satisfactory manner as determined by HSBC in its sole discretion at the time of fulfilment will be eligible for the Acquisition Gift.
Only transactions (including internet purchases) made with the Card will be counted towards meeting the criteria. Fund transfers, installments, tax payments, annual fees, bank charges and unposted, cancelled, disputed and refunded transactions will not qualify and are expressly excluded.
Customers who cancelled their HSBC's Revolution credit card within the last 12 months are not eligible for the Promotion when they re-apply for HSBC's Revolution credit card during the Promotion Period.
Acquisition Gift that is lost, misplaced or damaged is strictly non-replaceable.
The Acquisition Gift is not exchangeable for cash, Reward Points or other reward items from HSBC.
HSBC is not a supplier of the products provided by the participating partner involved in this Promotion and will not accept any liability in relation thereto.
HSBC reserves the right to substitute or replace the Acquisition Gift with items of equal or similar value at its discretion without notice.

HSBC Revolution Credit Card Rebate terms and conditions
HSBC Revolution Rebates (the "Rebates") are only applicable to HSBC Revolution credit cards issued in Singapore, and are not applicable to HSBC's Visa Platinum credit card or any other HSBC credit / debit cards unless otherwise stated.
HSBC Revolution credit card cardholders (the "Cardholders") will be able to enjoy the Rebates from 01 April 2011 onwards subject to the terms and conditions herein.
For the purposes of calculating the Rebates which the Cardholder is entitled to, purchases (the "Purchase") made by both qualifying main and supplementary Cardholders will be consolidated under one main card account ("Account").
Eligible Purchases include retail purchases made locally or overseas, and recurring payments like GIRO and Interest-free Instalment Payment Plan (only the amount billed on the credit card for any particular month and not the full instalment amount), and exclude fund transfers, financial charges, late charges, fees and tax payments via HSBC tax payment facility.
All Purchases made will have to be posted into HSBC's credit card systems before the end of each qualifying quarter (the "Quarter"). HSBC accepts no liability for any late submission of the purchases by merchants or for whatsoever reasons. The qualifying Quarters are as follows:

To be eligible for the Rebates, Cardholders will need to charge a minimum of S$300 in Purchases to their Card per month for all 3 months in a Quarter.
For new cardholders who are in their first Quarter, they will only need to charge a minimum of S$500 in Purchases for the first Quarter (regardless of monthly spend) to be eligible for the Rebates. Thereafter, the minimum spend of S$300 per month would apply.
The Rebates will be credited into the Account within two months after the end of each Quarter.

Awarded Rebates will be limited to S$100 per Account per Quarter.
Both new and existing Cardholders will be eligible for the Rebates and subject to the same qualifying conditions as stated above unless otherwise stated.
The Rebates can only be used to offset your future retail purchases but cannot be transferred, withdrawn as cash or used to offset payments such as fund transfers, tax payments, financial charges, late charges, fees and other outstanding balances.
The Account must be in good standing and conducted in a proper and satisfactory manner as determined by HSBC in its sole discretion at the time of crediting the Rebates. In the event that the relevant Account is delinquent, voluntarily or involuntarily closed or terminated or suspended for any reasons whatsoever before the Rebates are credited into the said Account, HSBC reserves the right to forfeit the Rebates at its sole discretion.
In case of any dispute, the decisions of HSBC on all matters relating to the Rebates are final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
HSBC reserves the right to vary the terms of or withdraw the Rebates at any time without notice.
