The Gold MasterCardŽ Credit Card - Fixed 9.99% AIR is issued by MBNA Canada and is available to Canadian residents. This card program will provide you with low fixed interest rates and common gold cardholder services. There is no annual fee for this credit card program and some applicants with excellent credit ratings may even qualify for credit limits upwards of $100,000.
