The company has decided to start mailing $10 "gift certificates" with a 6 month expiration date and deducting the amount from accumulated points. I prefer to save points for a larger purchase. The 6 month expiration date on the certificates forces you to make a purchase within that time frame or lose the points you have accumulated. I am not happy with the current decision. Their response is that not enough people were using their points so they issued the certificates as a reminder.
