Transferred some balances from Chase (I hate them) and I must say I've been impressed with their customer service dept. and for their rewards program. They give you a point for each dollar and you can use them for virtually any USA airline and even some international ones. But the part that has gotten me very pleased is that they haven't played any games with my interest rate after the promotional 0% was over, it's stayed as promised fixed at 7.99% and no issues/problems with my account. Even if my FICO score has fluctuated up and down due to a recent large purchase (home) and some other additional balances related to my move, I've been pleased that they haven't played any games with my interest rate and in fact they've increased my limit a couple of times.
