MasterCard® Short Review The Bank of America WorldPoints® Platinum Plus® MasterCard® is ideal if you have very good credit and would like the opportunity to earn a variety of rewards. Through the reward program, you'll earn one point for every dollar spent on the card. Points are redeemable for cash, brand-name merchandise, travel with no blackout dates, dining certificates, and more. You can earn an unlimited number of points per year, but points do expire in five years. Rewards begin at 2,500 points for cash/merchandise and 25,000 points for air. The card has no annual fee, a 0% introductory rate for both balance transfers and direct deposits for the first fifteen billing cycles, and a very low fixed interest rate on purchases and balance transfers once the introductory rate expires. This card also provides various benefits and services including fraud protection, a personal concierge service, and online account access.

Transferred some balances from Chase (I hate them) and I must say I've been impressed with their customer service dept. and for their rewards program. They give you a point for each dollar and you can use them for virtually any USA airline and even some international ones. But the part that has gotten me very pleased is that they haven't played any games with my interest rate after the promotional 0% was over, it's stayed as promised fixed at 7.99% and no issues/problems with my account. Even if my FICO score has fluctuated up and down due to a recent large purchase (home) and some other additional balances related to my move, I've been pleased that they haven't played any games with my interest rate and in fact they've increased my limit a couple of times. I receive frequent credit increases without asking. Customer Service is good. I keep waiting for a change in terms notice to arrive, but after a year of having the same rate, nothing has arrived.
